Jason Hobson Represents Purchaser of Expiring Tax Credit Property in Central California

Jason Hobson led the firm’s attorneys in the representation of a purchaser of an expiring LIHTC-property in Central California prior to the end of the 15-year compliance period. The firm’s representation included the assignment and assumption of the existing regulatory agreements with the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee and the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee.
